How To Make Sesame Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken breasts. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha sauce (if using).

  4. Add the cooked noodles, broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions to the skillet with the chicken. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
