- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken nugget into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
