Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- Lettuce and tomato, for topping
- Mayonnaise, for spreading
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.

Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them on the grill.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls.
