Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, lime juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skewers and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
