How To Make Lemon & Yogurt Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, yogurt, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Meanwhile, heat the flatbreads on the grill for a minute on each side to warm them up.

To assemble the flatbreads, spread a layer of yogurt on each flatbread.

Top with sliced chicken, cucumber slices, diced tomato, and red onion.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Roll up the flatbreads and serve.
