How To Make Lebanese Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and grill/sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Warm the tortillas on the grill or skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.

Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each tortilla, leaving about an inch border.

Top with sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
