Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for topping
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, jerk seasoning, breadcrumbs, onion, cilantro, garlic, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Preheat grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese (if using), and the top bun.
