Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 large lettuce leaves (such as iceberg or romaine)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Pour the hoisin sauce mixture over the cooked chicken and stir until well coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with sliced green onions.
