Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Toppings of choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, cheese, etc.)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
