How To Make Ground Chicken Meatloaf Recipe
A delicious and healthy meatloaf made with ground chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, egg, salt and pepper.

Mix well and place mixture into a greased loaf pan.

Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour or until done.

Let it cool down for 10 minutes before slicing.
