How To Make Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe
A light, refreshing and healthy dish that is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic, chopped onion and red bell pepper and sauté for about 2 minutes.

Add ground chicken and stir fry until brown, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over the chicken mixture, stirring to coat evenly.

Lay out the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and spoon the chicken mixture onto each leaf.

Serve immediately.
