How To Make Ground Chicken Burgers

These juicy ground chicken burgers are a healthy twist on a classic burger.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.

  4. Grill patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

  5. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
