How To Make Asian Ground Chicken Stir-Fry

This is a healthy and delicious Asian-inspired dish packed with protein and veggies.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger paste
  • 1 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

  2. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until browned and fully cooked.

  3. Add sliced onions and mixed veggies to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender.

  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies. Stir-fry on low heat for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
