How To Make Asian Ground Chicken Stir-Fry
This is a healthy and delicious Asian-inspired dish packed with protein and veggies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Heat canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add ground chicken and stir-fry until browned and fully cooked.

Add sliced onions and mixed veggies to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies. Stir-fry on low heat for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
