How To Make Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and chicken broth. Pour into the skillet with the vegetables and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another minute to heat through.

Serve the chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.
