- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spray the tops of the chicken breasts with cooking oil spray to help them crisp up.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
