Ingredients
- 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to combine everything together.

Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve the creamy chicken pasta hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
