Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the trimmed asparagus. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Let the chicken and asparagus simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.

Remove the chicken and asparagus from the skillet and set aside. Increase the heat to medium-high and simmer the sauce until it has thickened, about 5 minutes.

Serve the creamy chicken and asparagus over rice or pasta, drizzling the sauce over the top.
