Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and paprika. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.

In a separate pot, cook rice according to package instructions.

Once the chicken is browned, add frozen peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Place cooked rice on a serving platter and top with the chicken and peas mixture.
