- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of Parma ham, making sure they are fully covered.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the wrapped chicken breasts into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the Parma ham is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

Transfer the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and finish cooking in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
