Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
