How To Make Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides with the honey mustard sauce.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
