Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the lemon butter mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.
