Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup cooked noodles of your choice
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, and cook until softened.

Add the shredded chicken, sweetcorn, chicken broth, water, and soy sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
