Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.

Add chicken breasts and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Add diced onion, sliced carrots, sliced celery, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Return shredded chicken to the pot and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
