How To Make Chicken Sausage and Peppers Pasta Recipe
A flavorful and hearty pasta dish with garlic chicken sausage, bell peppers, and a tomato-based sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 4 garlic chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Add the can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss together until everything is well combined.
