How To Make Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich
Savory, sweet, and satisfying Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches that are perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, basting with teriyaki sauce while cooking.

While chicken is cooking, grill the pineapple slices for about 1-2 minutes per side.

Toast the buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then top with grilled chicken.

Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast and grill until melted.

Top with grilled pineapple, sliced red onion, and the top half of the bun.
