How To Make Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich
A delicious and healthy sandwich filled with grilled chicken, hummus, feta cheese, and veggies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Slice the ciabatta rolls and toast them on the grill.

Spread the hummus evenly on the rolls.
