How To Make Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Recipe
A spicy and savory sandwich perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and mayonnaise. Set aside.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 3-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.

Brush each chicken breast with buffalo sauce mixture.

Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.

While chicken is baking, toast brioche buns.

Top each bun with a slice of pepper jack cheese.

Place chicken breasts on top of cheese.

Add sliced red onion and diced celery on top of chicken.

Close sandwich and serve.
