- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
