- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
