Savory, sticky and sweet chicken legs coated in delicious Asian sauce inspired by Chinese and Korean flavors.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

  3. Coat chicken legs with sesame oil and place them in a baking dish.

  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken legs and toss evenly to coat.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened and sticky.

  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
