  • 8 chicken legs
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken legs.

  4. Place the chicken on the lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with lime wedges.
