Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Pour half of the mixture over the chicken, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and sticky.

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the couscous according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked couscous, diced mango, cilantro, lime juice, and the remaining half of the sauce mixture. Toss to combine.

Serve the sticky chicken over the mango couscous.
