- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- For the satay dip:
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup water (to adjust consistency)
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Brush the chicken breasts with vegetable oil.

Grill the chicken for 12-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the satay dip by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sriracha sauce in a bowl. Add water gradually to achieve desired consistency.
