- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow bowl, combine sesame seeds, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow bowl, beat eggs.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the sesame seed mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the soy dip.
