- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz diced green chilies
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.

Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet. Top each breast with a spoonful of diced green chilies, followed by a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
