  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, coating them in the garlic cream sauce.

  7. Serve the chicken breasts topped with the garlic cream sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
