How To Make Garlic & Nduja Rice-Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Nduja paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the cooked rice, minced garlic, Nduja paste, and salt and pepper.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the rice mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
