- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the crème fraîche, chicken broth, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
