Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- ½(190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tarragon and olives to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
