- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and make a slit in the center of each breast, creating a pocket.

Stuff each pocket with a slice of ham, a handful of spinach, and a sprinkle of pine nuts.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the stuffed chicken breasts with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Sear the chicken breasts in the pan until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
