How To Make Dutch Oven White Wine Chicken Recipe
Comfort food at its finest with tender chicken, veggies, and a white wine sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.

Coat the chicken thighs in the flour mixture.

In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.

Brown the chicken thighs on both sides and remove from the Dutch oven.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent.

Pour in the white wine and chicken broth and stir to combine.

Add the dried thyme, baby carrots, and sliced mushrooms and stir to combine.

Place the chicken thighs back into the Dutch oven and cover.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
