How To Make Dutch Oven Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Delicious chicken coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, cooked in a Dutch oven for the perfect meal.

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

While the Dutch oven is heating up, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Add chicken thighs into the Dutch oven skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip chicken over and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the teriyaki sauce, making sure it covers the chicken. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover with the lid.

Cook for 45 minutes to an hour or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water until dissolved. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the Dutch oven and stir until the sauce thickens.

Serve chicken with extra sauce on top, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
