- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and sear chicken thighs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
