A delicious and easy chicken dish cooked in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken thighs in the Dutch oven and evenly coat them with the mixture.

Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the lid and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has caramelized.

Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
