Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.

Push the mushrooms to one side of the skillet and add the asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes, until the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Stir the mushrooms and asparagus together in the skillet.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
