Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions and additional sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch until smooth.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken breasts. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
