Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
