Spicy and crispy buffalo chicken made in a cast iron skillet.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.

Brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken.
