How To Make Chicken & Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Return the cooked bacon and chicken to the skillet. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and stir well.

Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce is well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss until it is coated evenly with the sauce.

Serve the Chicken & Bacon Pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
